LACMA’s upcoming exhibition Your Bright Future: 12 Contemporary Artists from Korea, June 28–September 20, 2009. In the courtyard is the installation HappyHappy by Korean artist Choi Jeong-Hwa.
When the exhibition opens, visitors will be able to make their way through the dense hangings of thousands of bright, colorful plastic ware from the 99¢ store. You can read more about the installation on LACMA’s blog.
