These are Philip Lumbang’s awesome, happy, friendly, lovin’ bears by the Biscuit Company Lofts downtown. As stated on his website, “His illustrations of bears, coined “awesome bears” by fans, spread a message of happiness and understanding.” Phil lives and works in Los Angeles with Obey Giant’s Studio Number One.

Hidden in a little corner next door to the Adidas Sport Heritage Store on Melrose, is this great strip of wall with a bunch of stickers, graffiti, and a little canvas by Gorillarms. I bet so many people walk by and don’t even pay attention!
